Who is Voting? It's the Baby Boomers and the Elderly

In 2011 people 45 and older  rocked the vote as  the majority of the voter population.  The Seniors are here and they are voting in large numbers.

The 2010 Census reports that the age group 45 and older constitute the largest population segment at 46.5% and growing at a rate of 15% per decade.   They are also the largest voting population.  More than 70% of Baby Boomers between the ages 55 and 64 voted in the Presidential elections of 2008.
